As of January 2007, the operations of former VTA subsidiary in the US, Americas VTA, LP, were integrated into Gooch Thermal Systems, Inc. (GTS).  GTS is now the exclusive partner and supplier of VTA wiped film and short path evaporators and engineered turnkey plants for thin film and molecular distillation in the US, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean Basin.  The activities of GTS in the promotion of VTA products are supported by the full resources of VTA GmbH, a member of the Max Streicher GmbH group of companies, based in Deggendorf, Germany (www.vta-deg.de).
